Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return/exchange please contact us on info@samkins.com or +91 8977536205 with your order number, product name, and reason. Our team will subsequently guide you through the next steps.
1. Return/Cancellation Policy
Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with the SEAL intact
- A ₹50 reverse shipping charge applies for returns due to personal preference. The customers may also self-ship at their own cost
- Bulk orders/Special discounted orders are not eligible for returns, unless it's a damaged/defective/incorrect order
- Purchases from third-party platforms follow the respective platform’s return policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever is earlier. Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated once the cancellation is confirmed.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes a quality check
- For Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
- For COD orders: Bank details will be required
- Refunds will typically reflect within 7-14 business days
3. Damaged/Tampered Packages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive a package that is damaged, open, or tampered, please:
- Take clear photos of the package and product
- Refuse delivery (if possible)
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@samkins.com
- In such cases, Samkins will bear the return shipping cost
We will assist with a replacement or resolution.
