Welcome to Samkins! We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and transparently. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will reach you.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email once your package is dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All locations within India
  • If you want delivery outside India, please contact us at [info@samkins.com] for custom arrangements.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery
  • Bluedart
  • DTDC
  • India Post (for selected PIN codes)

The courier partner is auto-assigned based on serviceability and speed for your PIN code.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer FREE Shipping on all Prepaid orders. 
  • For COD orders, a cash handling charge of Rs. 50 will be levied by the delivery partner. You can avoid the additional cost by opting for prepaid orders.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time varies by destination:

Metro Cities 3–5 business days
Tier-1 & Tier-2 Cities 4–6 business days
Smaller Towns / Remote Areas 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may happen due to weather conditions, logistical issues, public holidays, festive season, or other disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
  • If you face any tracking issues, write to us at info@samkins.com with your order number.

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure the shipping address and phone number provided are accurate and complete. Samkins is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect details.
  • Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the package is returned due to non-delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by country.
  • Duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.

9. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with security guards, neighbors, or building reception.
  • Wait 24 hours — sometimes couriers update status prematurely.

If still unresolved, contact us. We will raise a ticket with the courier. Investigation may take 4–8 working days.

Samkins is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address input.

10. Shipping During Festivals & Sales

During peak seasons like Diwali, Christmas, or big sale events, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.
